Financial Controller

Job Summary:

Lead and elevate our finance function as a Financial Controller—drive strategy, ensure compliance, and manage project finances in a fast-paced property development environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end financial management, reporting, and compliance for property development projects.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.

Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, loan drawdowns, and banking relationships.

Ensure adherence to tax, audit, and statutory requirements.

Provide strategic financial insights for decision-making and project feasibility.

Drive financial process improvements and internal control enhancements.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team.

Support M&A, joint ventures, and other corporate initiatives as needed.



✅ Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualification preferred.

7–10 years of experience in financial management, ideally within property development.

Strong in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and stakeholder management.

Skilled in ERP systems, financial modeling, and Excel.

Proactive leader with high integrity, strategic mindset, and hands-on execution ability.
