Financial Tax

- Manage and oversee all corporate tax, indirect tax, withholding tax, and other tax-related matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of tax filings and statutory returns.
- Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies on taxation and compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Prepare tax provisions, tax computations, and deferred tax calculations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize tax efficiency.
- Review and strengthen internal controls related to finance and taxation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business transactions, investments, and financial initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Perform ad hoc finance and tax-related assignments as required.
