Floor Crew

1. Floor Operations & Machine Maintenance
- Replenish and arrange prizes in claw machines to maintain attractive and well-stocked displays.
- Ensure claw machines, merchandise displays, and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and properly maintained.
- Collect, transport, and organize stock from the warehouse as required.
- Monitor machine conditions and promptly report malfunctions or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain overall outlet cleanliness, including organizing trolleys, cartons, and other operational supplies.

2. Counter Operations & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
- Explain ongoing promotions, events, redemption programmes, and special offers to customers.
- Assist customers with enquiries, prize exchanges, gift redemptions, and purchases of available products.
- Process redemption transactions, including the collection of eligible items, issuance of gold coins, and accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor counter inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish redemption gifts, merchandise, and supplies.
- Make announcements regarding promotions, events, and customer activities when required.
- Handle incoming phone calls, customer feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating unresolved matters to the supervisor.

3. Opening & Closing Operations
- Perform daily opening checks to ensure claw machines, counters, merchandise displays, and operational supplies are ready for business.
- Complete assigned closing procedures, including cleaning equipment, organizing supplies, and preparing the outlet for the next operating day.
- Record claw machine meter readings and collect tokens accurately in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure redemption records, stock, and other operational items are properly accounted for and secured.

4. General Responsibilities
- Support both floor and counter operations based on daily manpower arrangements and operational requirements.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Perform other reasonable duties related to outlet operations as assigned by the supervisor or management.

7. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
8. Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
9. Previous experience in retail, customer service, entertainment, or F&B is an added advantage.
