Flutter Developer

About the Role
We are building a next-generation video content application, focusing on content aggregation, recommendation, and video playback experience. The project follows a tech-driven small team model, requiring engineers who can independently handle development tasks from implementation to release. The product is currently in a new version development phase, with long-term iteration planned.

Key Responsibilities

Develop mobile application features using Flutter + Dart, including:

Content listing pages

Content detail pages

Video playback pages

Search, recommendation, and category modules

Integrate and optimize video playback capabilities:

Use Flutter video players (e.g., video_player)

Implement playback controls, progress tracking, fullscreen mode, buffering handling

Develop and maintain H5 pages (Vue-based):

For campaign pages and partial content display

Handle API integration:

REST API consumption

Network layer abstraction

Data parsing and transformation

Maintain app architecture and state management:

Provider / Bloc / Riverpod

Integrate Flutter with native capabilities:

Permissions handling

MethodChannel communication

Third-party plugin integration

Participate in Android / iOS build and release process



Requirements
3+ years of frontend development experience (mobile experience preferred)

Proficient in Flutter and Dart

Ability to independently deliver complete modules

Strong experience in API integration and state management

Familiar with Android / iOS build and release workflows

Strong debugging skills (UI / playback / network issues)



Preferred Qualifications
Experience in video, short-form content, or media apps

Experience with video/audio player integration

Experience in system architecture design or optimization
