Food & Beverage Attendant - Tanjung Bunga

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
-Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleared efficiently after use.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, service stations, and pantry.
-Assist in setting up buffet counters or special event functions when required.
-Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently.
-Ensure correct billing and process payments accurately.
-Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
-Monitor and restock condiments, cutlery, and service items as needed.
-Follow all food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel and local regulations.
