Freelance Coding Instructor

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Freelance Coding Instructors to join our teaching team. You will teach coding and programming to children and teenagers, using our structured curriculum and teaching materials.

Responsibilities:
- Teach coding and programming classes to students aged approximately 6–20
- Conduct lessons according to our structured curriculum and teaching materials
- Explain programming concepts clearly and patiently, adapting explanations to students' ability levels
- Guide students through coding exercises, projects and problem-solving activities
- Monitor students' progress and provide appropriate feedback
- Maintain a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment
- Communicate with the academy regarding students' progress and class matters
- Prepare for lessons and ensure classes start and end on time

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Python, HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Lua and/or C++ is an added advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Patient and comfortable working with children and teenagers
- Responsible, punctual and committed to scheduled classes
- Able to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable way
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Fresh graduates and working professionals with relevant programming knowledge are welcome to apply
