Front Desk Customer Service Cum Cashier

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle customer inquiries via walk-in, phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media.
* Manage appointments, customer registration, and service scheduling.
* Handle cashier duties including billing and payment collection (cash / QR / card).
* Prepare daily sales records and submit sales reports.
* Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
* Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
* Promote company products, packages, or services when required.
