Front of House (Senior/Junior)

We’re looking for a Front of House team member to join us at Noordin Mews — a thoughtfully restored heritage hotel known for its quiet hospitality and personalised service.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone from the moment they arrive. This role is about creating a stay that feels effortless — where guests feel taken care of, without it ever feeling overdone.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, creating an immediate sense of comfort — like arriving at a friend’s home.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, billing, and guest records with care and accuracy.
- Handle guest requests and day-to-day front desk operations with ease and composure.
- Work closely with the Hotel Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and consistently.
- Be a trusted local guide — recommending dining, cultural spots, and experiences in Penang with confidence and relevance.
- Communicate clearly across the team to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Friendly, composed, and genuinely attentive to people.
- Able to stay calm and organized, even when the pace picks up.
- Strong sense of responsibility — understands that small details shape the overall guest experience.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (additional languages are a plus).
- A genuine interest in Penang’s culture, food, and heritage.
- Hospitality graduates with previous hospitality experience may be considered for a more senior role, but attitude and consistency matter most.
