We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys meeting people and wants to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

As a front of house member, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities include:

Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit.
Prepare private sauna rooms before each session.
Keep the studio clean, organised and well-presented.
Assist with daily studio operations and opening/closing duties.
Answer customer enquiries and booking requests.
Support the team to deliver a premium customer experience.
Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
Is responsible, reliable and punctual.
Takes pride in keeping the workplace clean and organised.
Is willing to learn and work as part of a team.
Can communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus).
Is able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.

No experience is required. Full training will be provided.
