About Us

We are building the next generation of AI infrastructure and AI products. As we scale our infrastructure to handle millions of tokens and concurrent requests, we are looking for a disciplined Mid-Level Fullstack Developer to join our core engineering team.

In this role, you won't just be building interfaces; you will be optimizing the data pipelines, caching layers, and user experiences that power the AI ecosystem.

The Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you will bridge the gap between our high-throughput backend routing engines and our developer-facing dashboards. You will be responsible for shipping clean, highly performant code across the entire stack — from building low-latency APIs to crafting seamless, responsive developer tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Feature Ownership: Design, build, and maintain scalable features across our backend services and frontend applications.

- Performance Optimization: Write highly efficient code to minimize latency overhead in our prompt routing pipeline.

- Database Management: Schema design, query optimization, and data modeling across relational and non-relational data stores.

- Infrastructure Support: Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud resources to ensure high availability of our services.

- Quality & Testing: Maintain a rigorous testing culture by writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Technical Requirements

Backend & Core Logic

- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.

- Strong proficiency in either Go (Golang) or Python for building backend services.

- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency patterns and building RESTful or gRPC APIs.

Frontend & Logic Layer

- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.

- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or Vue) to build developer dashboards, API key management tools and analytics views.

Data & Cloud Infrastructure

- Production experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., Redis for caching/rate-limiting, MongoDB, or ClickHouse for analytical data).

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Engineering Discipline

- A strong testing culture: Deep commitment to writing testable code with a solid grasp of unit testing framework habits (e.g., go test, pytest, Jest).

- Obsession with performant code: Understanding of time/space complexity, memory management, and identifying performance bottlenecks.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

- AI/LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with the AI ecosystem (OpenAI API, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, or Ollama). Understanding how tokenization, embeddings, and prompt structures work is a massive plus.

- Experience building tools specifically for developers (APIs, SDKs, or CLI tools).

- Knowledge of edge computing or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloudflare Workers).

- Experience handling real-time data streaming or WebSockets.
