Full time brew crew- Penang Island

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Be a World Class Barista (& Tearista!) serving our amazing customers. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share the best specialty coffee & tea with the customer.

Guide customers through their coffee & tea experience from beginning to end providing exceptional customer service.

Serve a full range of products from our famous beverages to delicious food and beautiful merchandise.

Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our heritage, and our sustainability practices with customers.

Handle cash transactions honestly, efficiently, and accurately.

Care about the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers.

Take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not required, as training will be provided in our Barista Academy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
