Full-Time Event Crew/ Event Florist - Kota Damansara

What you'll be doing
-Assist with the setup and breakdown of event decor and floral arrangements for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations
-Maintain and care for event flowers and decorations, ensuring they remain fresh and vibrant throughout each event
-Collaborate with the events team to conceptualise and execute innovative event designs
-Ensure event spaces are set up and dismantled efficiently and to the highest standards
-Provide excellent customer service to clients and venue partners
-Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked event prep area

What we're looking for
-Demonstrated experience in event set-up, floral arranging, or similar event production roles
-Strong eye for design and attention to detail
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
-Excellent time management and organisational skills
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules
-A passion for the events industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
