Full Time / Part Time Barista

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages — including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks — in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and customer seating areas.
Monitor and manage inventory efficiently to ensure product availability and support smooth daily operations.
Provide a friendly and welcoming experience by greeting every customer and creating positive interactions.
Clearly communicate menu offerings and confidently recommend products based on individual customer preferences.
Accurately handle customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Deliver consistently high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall café experience.

Requirements

Fully vaccinated (minimum of two doses).
Minimum education: Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive and energetic attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Preferably owns personal transportation for added flexibility and ease of commute.
