**GRAPHIC DESIGNER – JOB DESCRIPTION**

### **Purpose of the Role**

We are looking for a creative and talented **Graphic Designer** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive and professional designs that strengthen our brand image and support marketing activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to create visual content that helps attract customers and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should be creative, passionate about design, and able to turn ideas into eye-catching visuals for both digital and printed materials.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Create creative designs for marketing and branding purposes.
* Design materials for **social media, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, and promotional materials (POSM)**.
* Handle **photo shoots and video shoots**, including editing photos and videos for marketing campaigns.
* Create **digital content**, including animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
* Ensure all designs follow company branding and maintain a professional and consistent look.
* Work closely with marketing and other teams to understand project needs and create suitable design solutions.
* Prepare artwork for both **digital and print production** with high-quality standards.
* Manage multiple projects and complete tasks within deadlines.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and creative ideas.
* Support other creative or design-related tasks when required.

### **Requirements**

We are looking for candidates who have:

* Experience in **Graphic Design** or related field.
* Good skills in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Figma**, or similar design software.
* Experience in **photo editing, video editing, animation, and motion graphics**.
* Strong creativity with good attention to detail.
* Understanding of branding and ability to maintain a professional visual identity.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to understand business and marketing needs and turn them into effective designs.
