Graphic Designer (Social Media / Ads) - Makeup Category

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Creation & Design:

Develop visually compelling and effective static and video advertisements for multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, and print media.

Ensure all ads adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging and design.

Revise and refine ad creatives based on feedback and performance insights.

Collaboration & Content Adaptation:

Work closely with marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

Re-edit and adapt existing content to fit local tones and languages for specific markets, such as Malaysia (MY)

Produce static and video artwork as per the Content Specialist’s instructions.

Trend & Performance Optimization:

Keep up with the latest design and advertising trends to create innovative and competitive ads.

Conduct simple product photo shoots when required to support design needs.

Work with analytics teams to assess ad performance and provide weekly reports on design direction based on performance metrics.

Organize and manage a library of design assets for various campaigns.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Advertising, Media Production, Film, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising, social media agencies, or e-commerce. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of ad designs, including branding, sales, and e-commerce advertisements.

Proficiency in design software, including Capcut, Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design/editing tools.

Knowledge of digital advertising formats and specifications (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Display).

Good product knowledge, particularly in makeup and beauty industries is a plus.

Strong aesthetic sense, with an ability to design in minimalist, vogue-commercial styles.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
