Graphic Designer

ob Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields

Minimum 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia – required to communicate with internal teams and Mandarin-speaking clients

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (digital, print, branding)

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines calmly and accurately

Strong visual sense and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with social media content formats and basic digital marketing principles

Job Descriptions:

Design and produce high-quality marketing collaterals, packaging, visual content, and internal artwork according to brand standards

Coordinate with various departments (Sales, R&D, Marketing) to gather design requirements and ensure clarity before starting any project

Develop creative concepts, layouts, and drafts based on approved briefs

Ensure all artwork is finalized and approved by relevant managers before release

Maintain a structured workflow and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines without compromising quality

Oversee coordination with other designers and ensure consistency across all materials

Liaise with external vendors and printing agencies on artwork specs, color proofs, and production needs

Conduct final checks and ensure 100% accuracy before sending files for printing or publication

Provide clear guidance to internal requestors on design expectations, timelines, and formats

Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, with minimal follow-up needed

Perform any ad-hoc design tasks as assigned by management
