Grill Chef Assistant

任职资格
• Must have prior grilling / BBQ / charcoal grill experience
• Experience in F&B kitchen environment preferred
• Willing to learn robatayaki / Japanese grilling methods
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with good attitude and discipline
岗位职责
1. Food Preparation & Assistance
• Assist the Grill Chef in preparing ingredients such as meats, seafood, and vegetables.
• Clean, wash, and help marinate ingredients according to instructions.
• Help with skewering and portioning food for grilling.
• Support basic knife work under supervision.
2. Grilling Support
• Assist in operating the robatayaki grill (charcoal or open flame) under guidance.
• Help monitor food while grilling and inform the chef when items are ready.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around the grill area during service.
3. Kitchen Operations
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Assist in plating and basic food presentation.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and work efficiently as part of the team.
4. Cleanliness & Safety
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Properly store ingredients as instructed.
5. Stock & Basic Inventory Support
• Help check and organize ingredients and supplies.
• Report low stock items to the senior kitchen staff.
