Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and process to ensure smooth operation in order to achieve production's safety, quality, delivery, cost and material (SQDCM) target through manpower, material, machine and method (4M).
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
Good leadership and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Able to work on shift rotation
