Guest Experience Manager

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in guest-facing roles in hospitality.
Able to speak in Mandarin
Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Familiarity with UMAI or other reservation systems is a plus.
Luxury lounge/hospitality experience preferred.
Exceptional communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

Manage all guest interactions with elegance and professionalism.
Handle lounge reservations via social media and reservation system.
Oversee seat arrangements to ensure optimal guest comfort and lounge flow.
Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth service delivery.
Attend to VIP guests and special requests with discretion and efficiency.
