Fully responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Kitchen department activities
Is well verse in keeping to Halal & Ministry of Health kitchen standard
Knowledgeable on food costing & portioning is vital
Experience in various local cuisine & western menu is needed
Is also required to look at kitchen manpower planning & staff motivation
