Head of AI Transformation

Job Description
AI Strategy & Roadmap — Identify high-value AI opportunities, prioritise use cases and maintain a clear enterprise AI roadmap aligned to business goals.

Solution Delivery — Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from rapid prototyping and piloting through to production-ready, scalable implementation.

Value Realisation — Define success metrics, track adoption and ensure deployed AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes such as productivity gains, cost savings and improved customer experience.

Governance & Responsible AI — Establish controls, risk frameworks and compliance standards to ensure AI is adopted in a secure, ethical and well-governed manner.

Stakeholder & Change Leadership — Engage senior leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead change adoption to ensure AI initiatives are understood, supported and embedded into business operations.



Requirement
Education — Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Data Science or related field; Master's preferred. Certifications in Agile, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Risk or Project Management are an advantage.

Experience — 8–10 years in digital transformation, AI solution delivery, analytics, product management or operations transformation in a regulated environment.

Leadership — Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional teams or enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through to implementation.

Technical & Analytical Fluency — Proven ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions, with strong proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.

Stakeholder & Communication Skills — Strong executive presentation, facilitation and process-thinking skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and drive adoption across business, technology, risk and compliance teams.
