Job Title: Head of Content – TikTok & Short Video (Southeast Asia)

What You’ll Do

1. Lead TikTok content strategy for SEA markets

2. Manage creators, editors, and channel ops

3. Oversee full content cycle: idea → production → publishing

4. Track performance & adjust content based on trends and data

5. Focus on topics like sports, martial arts, and traditional culture

6. Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams

7. Build scalable, creative workflows

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years experience in TikTok / Reels / Douyin content

2. Strong storytelling and trend sensitivity

3. Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm and audience

4. Passion for cultural content (sports, heritage, arts, etc.)

5. Leadership or project management experience

6. Fluent in English (Mandarin/Bahasa is a plus)
