Head of Department (Inventory)

Job Scope:

Conduct daily operational checks and prioritize stock-related tasks.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring accurate quantities and conditions.

Maintain proper documentation and update inventory records.

Organize, store, and track inventory to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Perform regular stock takes and maintain stock accuracy.

Ensure timely completion of warehouse tasks with efficiency and accountability.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma; Degree holders encouraged to apply.

Preferably 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management.

Knowledge of inventory systems and basic stock handling procedures.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Good communication skills and positive working attitude.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
