Hearing Aid Specialist / Dispenser

Responsibilities:

• Examine patients with ear, hearing or balance and other related problems.

• Assess exam results and diagnose the patient.

• Determine the best course of treatment, taking the patient’s needs and concerns into consideration.

• Provide hearing implant candidacy, when such intervention is required.

• Fit and dispense hearing aids, guide patient through the patient journey, managing hearing, understanding and cognitive functions over time.

• Provide counseling for patient and close family members on adaption to hearing devices and implants.

• Evaluate and follow up on the patient’s condition and record any developments.

• Educate patients on ways to prevent hearing loss.

Requirements:

• Good people skills and committed to customer service excellence.

• Sales oriented while offering highest level of patient care and support to partners.

• Strong communicator.

• Responsible Team player.

• Knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite services.
