Job Title: IGCSE Teachers (English / Mathematics / Science / Bahasa Melayu)
Location: Kepong (KIP), Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
About Us:
We are a small, close-knit homeschool, focused on providing personalized learning using the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus. We emphasize strong teacher-student relationships, guided learning, and a supportive teaching environment.
Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and passionate teachers to guide students academically and personally in a small classroom setting. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with students and making a meaningful impact on their learning journey.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach assigned subject(s) based on the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
Guide and support students in their daily learning
Mark and assess students’ work regularly
Provide feedback on students’ progress to parents and management
Maintain positive classroom discipline and learning environment
Participate in staff meetings, training, and school development activities
Assist in school events, excursions, and co-curricular activities
Carry out basic administrative and academic duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred)
Able to teach in English
Good communication and classroom management skills
Responsible, patient, and student-focused
Positive attitude and passion for teaching
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work on-site in Kepong (KIP)
Comfortable working in a Christian-based homeschool environment

Salary:
RM1,700 – RM2,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
