Hotel Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance)

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback or complaints

Manage, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring

Monitor hotel room rates and adjust pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and market trends

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy

Maintain service standards and ensure smooth coordination between departments

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

Handle operational issues and resolve problems efficiently

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel management or similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly

Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
