Housekeeping Attendant

This role is based at Sunshine Residence Apartment, Ayer Itam, Pulau Pinang.

Responsibilities

Monitor room status, conduct room inspections, and ensure the quality of cleaning.

Maintain cleanliness of guest floors and public areas.

Check room supplies and manage inventory of amenities.

Inspect room facilities and perform related maintenance tasks.

Perform physically demanding tasks as required.

Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Experienced candidates are eligible for additional performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
