Housekeeping / Room Attendant

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Cleans and maintains assigned rooms, public areas, or workspaces according to established procedures and checklists.
-Dusts, sweeps, mops, and scrubs floors as needed.
-Changes sheets, replaces towels, and restocks amenities.
-Emptys trash cans and replaces liners.
-Cleans and disinfects surfaces, including counters, fixtures, and bathroom equipment.
-Reports any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to supervisor.
-Handles and stores cleaning products and equipment safely.
-Monitors inventory and requests cleaning supplies when needed.
-Follows safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
-Interacts with guests, customers, or residents in a courteous and professional manner.
-Adheres to standards of privacy and confidentiality when cleaning personal areas.
-Assists with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks.
-Collaborates with other cleaning staff and maintains good teamwork.
-Attend training sessions on cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service.
-Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:
-MALAYSIAN Citizens only
-Work experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
-Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
-Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
-Physically strong; able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and different shifts when required.
