Job Responsibilities
General:
Prepare and lead weekly and monthly meetings with actionable outcomes.
Documentation, Policies, Manuals, and SOPs:
Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts.
Ensure all agreements, policies, and contracts comply with Malaysian employment laws.
Recruitment and Hiring:
Schedule and coordinate job interviews, contacting candidates as needed.
Manage talent acquisition by publishing and removing job ads.
Update internal databases with new hire and exit information.
Prepare reports on HR metrics like hiring trends by department.
Employee Relations:
Respond efficiently to employee inquiries regarding benefits and company policies.
Ensure compliance with labour laws when addressing employee grievances.
Performance Management:
Oversee workforce productivity by defining and tracking KPIs for all staff.
Requirements
At least 6 months experience
Educational background in HR (Diploma/Degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in policies and agreements.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical and data-driven approach to HR metrics.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/talent management systems.
