Now, we're looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to work closely with our CEO and leadership team to drive people, culture, and performance.

🌟 What You'll Do
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Heads of Department

Build and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth

Drive talent development, career planning, and performance coaching

Partner with HODs on team structure, leadership, and engagement

Oversee succession planning and high-potential employee programs

Analyze data and provide insight on team productivity and gaps

Strengthen company culture, values, and internal communication

✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HRBP or strategic HR roles

Strong people skills and ability to influence leadership

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

Fluent in English and Mandarin (as we work closely with Chinese-speaking teams)

Strong in data analysis and organizational planning
