Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for employee payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, tax, etc.).-
-Manage recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting preliminary telephone interviews, and arranging interviews.
-Apply for work passes for foreign workers, including renewal and cancellation.
-Prepare employment contracts, letters of appointment, confirmations, and promotions, including issuance of equipment issue letters and related documentation.
-Maintain employee database, update leave and entitlement records, and manage HRIS/HR software for reporting and analytics.
-Manage and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive workplace culture.
-Review and update organisational policies, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
-Review and configure current HR processes and strategies to boost overall productivity, performance, and employee satisfaction.
-Identify and utilise analytical tools and techniques to gather insights, develop creative HR approaches, and provide recommendations on people-related issues.
-Coordinate onboarding and training programs to support employee development and engagement.
-Assist in company accounting system and related administrative tasks.
-Oversee administrative aspects of the rental hostel and other related responsibilities.
-Prepare HR reports, analyse trends, and present actionable insights to management.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
-At least 1 year of practical HR experience, with hands-on experience handling all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, tax, etc.).
-Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and reporting tools.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work within deadlines and be well-organised in handling multiple tasks.
-Strong and proven track record of managing people.
-Meticulous with an eye for detail.
-Humble, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.
-Strong initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and discretion.
-Able to communicate proficiently in English and Mandarin, as some employees communicate primarily in Mandarin.
