HR Executive

任职资格
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Familiarity with Malaysia’s Employment Act and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and
training.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO,
EIS).
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
