Human Resources
-Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (leaves, attendance, etc.).
-Coordinate performance reviews, training schedules, and HR initiatives.
-Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.
