Payroll (2 pax)
Manage the full payroll processing cycle, including salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to all relevant regulations.
Maintain confidential payroll records, including details of employee compensation, deductions, and statutory information.
Collaborate closely with HR to update and maintain employee records and payroll-related information.
Monitor staff attendance, leave entitlement, leave application and other benefits.
Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues, while addressing staff inquiries promptly.
Regularly update and maintain employee records and personal details using payroll software and systems.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities as required.
Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration, enquiries & make payment to Statutory Bodies.
Assist and support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Other duties as assigned by the superior and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.

Foreign Worker Management (1 pax)
Manage all aspects of foreign worker issues, including permit renewals, FOMEMA compliance, hostel arrangements, and welfare support.
Regularly update and maintain employee records, ensuring that all documents are accurate and current.
Support the onboarding and relocation processes for foreign employees.
Oversee attendance tracking, payroll processing, leave management, and statutory payments.
Liaise with immigration authorities and manage related documentation.
Stay current with immigration laws to ensure all documentation remains compliant.
Recommend and implement process improvements for foreign worker management.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to authorities and internal stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR role.
- Proficiency in handling visa and work permit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
