HR Generalist

Job Description
1. Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave and movements.
2. Maintain HR files, HRIS database, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment including job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, salary proposals, offer letters and on-boarding orientation.
4. Oversee timely staff confirmation, contract renewals, promotions, salary adjustments, and appraisals.
5. Handle employee communications, engagement activities, and grievance matters.
6. Support discipline and counselling processes.
Implementation of HR policies and compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
7. Review, maintain and update Employee Handbook and Company policies from time to time.
