HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic team in an IT Solutions and AI Company. in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and talent development.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's business objectives

Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding

Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, disciplinary actions and grievances

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Administering employee benefits and payroll

Partnering with the leadership team to identify and address HR challenges

Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Proficient in HR software and data analysis to drive informed decision-making

A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and implement HR solutions that align with business goals

Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering projects on time

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
