HR (Talent Acquisition - Global EV Company)

Responsibilities
-Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
-Collaborate with external vendors on recruitment-related matters.
-Manage recruitment timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring stakeholders are regularly updated.
-Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract top passive talent.
-Conduct behavioral-based interviews and phone screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
-Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
-Experience sourcing and assessing technical talent; familiarity with niche technical roles and frontline sales/customer-facing positions is an added advantage.
-Strong skills in offer negotiation, knowledge of employment legislation, and awareness of market trends.
-Excellent relationship management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
