Human Resource Senior Executive (PJ, Bandar Sunway, Bangsar South)

As a Senior Executive for Multinational company

Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & development, Industrial relation, employee engagement will be other parts of your responsibilities

Assist the HR Senior Manager in HR operation and HR project of company

Develop, implement & execute of HR program & activities

Facilitate good communication among different level of staffs

Structured HR organization, Structured HR System and Practices.

Good platform for HR Career development.

Location PJ, Bandar Sunway or Bangsar South



Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Payroll Management, Recruitment & Training experience will be an advantage

Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources Management

Fresh graduates with a passion for a career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply
