Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage and prepare accurate payroll-related documentation (e.g., overtime reports, allowances, new hires/resignations)

Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Handle staff medical-related matters, including insurance app access, panel clinics, and staff inquiries.

Responsible for staff movement including resignation, retirement, and termination processing and procedures.

Manage employee letters (confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc.) and other HR documentation.

Responsible to liaise with government bodies, consultants or companies for the HR and statutory issues.

Updating and tracking employee attendance, leave records, and overtime payments.

Provide first-level support to staff on HR-related inquiries, policies, and medical benefits.

Requirements:

Tertiary or professional qualification in Human Resources or equivalent.

Able to handle the full spectrum of HR functions.

Knowledgeable of Employment Act, Labor Laws and other related law and regulations.

Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Dedicated, committed to produce excellent results & willing to assume leadership roles.

Possess good personality, self-motivated, able to work independently/team, positive and proactive.

Possess own transport and willing to work at KL area.
