职位描述
1. Human Resources System Development
● Responsible for building and improving the company’s human resources management framework, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
● Develop and optimise HR policies and processes and ensure effective implementation across the organisation.
2. Recruitment and Talent Management
● Develop annual recruitment plans in alignment with the company’s business development strategy.
● Lead recruitment for key positions and support talent pipeline development.
● Optimise recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency and candidate-job fit.
3. Performance and Compensation Management
● Establish and continuously improve the performance management system.
● Organise and implement performance evaluations and drive performance improvement initiatives.
● Participate in the design and review of the compensation structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
4. Employee Relations Management
● Manage employee relations and support the development of a positive corporate culture.
● Handle labour relations matters and employee disputes when necessary.
● Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and organisational stability.
5. Training and Talent Development
● Develop annual training plans.
● Organise employee training programmes and leadership development initiatives.
● Establish and support talent development and succession planning mechanisms.
6. Administrative and Cross-Department Collaboration
● Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR support.
● Support the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines are preferred.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial HR role.
-Familiar with the six core HR functions, with experience in building HR systems and frameworks preferred.
-Strong organisational, communication, and execution skills.
-Familiar with labour laws and relevant employment regulations.
-High level of professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
