Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an HR professional with over 1 year of experience in recruitment, who is familiar with local Malaysian labor regulations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in recruitment processes, possess strong communication and judgment skills, and be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Experience with office software and familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Jobstreet, Ricebowl, and social media are highly valued. A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility are essential, especially for adapting to the fast-paced environment of a startup.

Responsibilities:

Manage the company's recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and scheduling.
Build and maintain a talent pool, assist in developing recruitment procedures and evaluation criteria.
Participate in establishing employee performance appraisal systems and incentive programs.
Support the development of an employee training system, including roles such as live stream assistant, e-commerce operations, and content planning.
Handle onboarding, probation completion, and resignation processes, and improve related HR policy documents.
Coordinate and organize team activities, employee care, and internal cultural development.
Assist with visa applications for foreign employees, HR records, and government registration matters.
