Indirect Procurement Manager- Global Role

What You Will Be Doing:
Pioneer & Build: Act as the key driver for new indirect categories, developing and executing strategic sourcing plans from the ground up.

Process Creation: Design, implement, and refine new procurement processes and SOPs where none currently exist.

Global Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end sourcing cycle (RFx, spend analysis, negotiation, contract execution) for global consolidation opportunities.

Stakeholder & User Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across diverse global business units, with a unique focus on improving the internal "user experience" of the procurement process.

Data & Reporting: Manage cross-functional data, set up KPIs, and prepare high-level progress reports for global management.

Supplier Management: Independently manage the supplier onboarding and awarding process.

What We Are Looking For
Contract Acceptance: You must be willing to accept a contract position.

Ability to work through ambiguity: Demonstrable, hands-on experience working through ambiguity.

Global Stakeholder engagement and influence: This role requires you to influence stakeholders that are scattered around the world.

Indirect Procurement Expertise: Strong background in the indirect procurement landscape. You must be agile and flexible to trial and develop new categories, rather than being fixed to one (e.g., only IT or only Marketing).

Core Skills: Expert-level negotiation, strategic sourcing, and spend analysis skills.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis) and PowerPoint (for management reporting).
