Indoor Sales Consultants

Key Responsibilities
-Telemarketing & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential industrial clients to introduce our product range and identify new business opportunities.
-Online Enquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads via email, WhatsApp, and our website, providing technical product information and quotes.
-E-Commerce Operations: Manage sales and customer interactions across our e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and/or company webstore).
-Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing excellent after-sales support and identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements
-Experience: Proven track record in indoor sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Experience in an industrial or technical sector is a major plus.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating e-commerce backend systems and CRM tools.
-Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
-Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under a hybrid arrangement.
