Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and categorize Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various industries and communities.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends across TikTok platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, including outreach and long-term engagement.

Negotiate partnership agreements, compensation, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.

Collaborate with KOLs to develop creative content and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify and engage relevant influencers/KOLs.

Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance.
