Inspur Server Onsite Engineer (Based PJ, Fresh Grad welcomed!)

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinating with team members in order to identify issues, resolve tickets and troubleshoot faulty devices (physical server).

Onsite support device (physical server) maintenance job.

Coordinate with vendors and support team on project technical problem resolution and implementation issues.

Participate in preparing necessary documents in advance, including configuration scripts, cable connection table, and project/service acceptance report.

Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report or customer level report when it is required.

Handling parts inwards and outwards of the warehouse.

Manage warehouse inventory accordingly and conduct stock checks upon request, supporting parts delivery to the data centre.

Basic Job Requirement:

Recent graduates with a degree in an IT-related discipline or individuals with 0-3 years of professional experience in the IT field.

Outstanding communication skills in English or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Preferred Job Requirements (Plus point if have):

Basic network knowledge, such as TCP/IP protocol stacks, basic routing and switching knowledge

Basic server knowledge and familiarity with Linux CLI

Able to travel on demandable to travel domestic and overseas

Work effectively under pressure and work overtime may be required
