Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Consultation

Meet clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budgets

Provide professional advice on design concepts, space planning, and materials

Present design ideas, mood boards, and proposals

Design Development

Prepare detailed drawings and specifications

Develop layouts, concepts, and design solutions

Create presentation materials for client approval

Material & Vendor Coordination

Source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories

Work closely with suppliers and contractors

Ensure selections align with project requirements and budget

Project Coordination & Execution

Conduct site visits and perform measurements

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budget control

Requirement:



At least more than 1 year of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial projects preferred)

Able to manage projects independently

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Proficient in:

AutoCAD

SketchUp / 3ds Max

Adobe Photoshop or equivalent

Strong knowledge of:

Space planning

Materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting

Able to produce technical drawings and presentation materials

Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Creative with strong design sense

Good communication and presentation skills

Organised and able to manage timelines

Detail-oriented and proactive
