We have four roles that are seeking for interns: Brand, Digital Marketing, Marketing and Logistics. Maybe you are the person we are searching for if you are a dedicated, driven, and attentive team member!

Brand/Marketing/Business Intern

Your responsibilities are:

-Participate marketing/brand activity to ensure all information or brand strategy information are accurate and update e.g. availability of products & marketing sourcing

-Support internal team enquiries promptly (pre-sales and after sales)

-Accurately monitor products movement in system and update team from time to time

-Assist to optimize documentation from sourcing and collaboration with team to activate marketing/brand strategy

-Assist superiors in all ad hoc assignment to optimize brand’s sales/ operation/ inventory

Digital Marketing Intern

Your responsibilities are:

-Managing company brands social media account on daily basis

-Monthly strategize, plan, schedule and create content to post on social media to engage the online community and increase traction on the various platforms

-Build and execute social media strategy through competitive benchmarking, research, channel determination, audience profiling

-Analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

-Monitor campaign results, compile learnings and modify plan to further enhance the campaign result and achieve campaign’s KPI

-Coordinate and collab with influencers for event campaign

-Plan, request and utilize online and offline budget

-Explore new function of the platforms and propose new engagement posts accordingly

Marketing Intern

Your responsibilities are:

-Assist in planning and execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives across in-store, digital, offline, website and direct-mail media channels.

-Support in managing and generating social media content with digital marketing team.

-Assist in creative tasks: Collaborate on creative projects such as social media graphics, videos, landing pages, collateral design, and production.

-Assist in copywriting for marketing communication collaterals, covering digital and print.

-Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing performance metrics.

-Assist to ensure readiness of marketing and promotional materials required for marketing initiatives.

-Review and analyse results of programs, providing recommendations for possible improvements on future marketing initiatives.

Logistics Intern

Your responsibilities are:

-Assist in daily warehouse operations, stock counts, and inventory updates

-Support order processing, packing, and delivery coordination

-Help maintain proper documentation and filing

-Work with the team to improve workflow efficiency

It would be great if you are:

-Diploma / Bachelor in Marketing / Communications/ Public Relations / Business Management / Finance / E-Comm / Logistics or any business related field or any business related field

-Strong understanding of current online/offline marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices

-Passion for digital/marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the industry

-Good communication & a team player

-Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver

-Good in customer service is a plus

-Able to work independently, passionate, and resourceful

-Proven analytical and problem solving skills

-Focused and well-organized person

-Willing to learn more
