Internship For Graphic / UIUX Designer

Requirements

Diploma in Art, Design, or a related field.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software; video editing skills are a plus.
Keen awareness of design trends and industry developments, with strong aesthetic and creative abilities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, able to work well with clients and teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Portfolio of previous design work, showcasing versatility and creativity, is required.
Responsibilities

Design a variety of collaterals, including branding identities, promotional materials, posters, business cards, and other graphic and digital design assets based on client/product requirements and project specifications.
Creatively adjust and optimize design concepts to meet client needs and expectations.
Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-department staff to understand their visions and requirements, translating them into impactful and visually engaging design solutions.
Adhere to various brand standards and design guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism across all projects.
Actively participate in team discussions and project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and suggestions.
Work with the UI/UX team to assist in creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites and applications.
Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing user experience and interface functionality, based on industry best practices and client feedback.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve upon UI/UX designs, ensuring optimal usability and user satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools, incorporating them into projects to continuously elevate the user experience.
