1. Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:

Manage social media platforms: posting, engagement, and content creation.

Design creative and visually appealing posters and graphics.

Edit videos for social media content.

Communicate effectively with the team and engage with the audience.

Assist in organizing online and offline exhibitions or seminars, if required.

Support and assist with other marketing roles.



2. Sales/Business Development Intern
Responsibilities:

Learn details about our Solar PV product and service offerings

Commit to execute daily sales calling and follow up activities, physical site visit & achieve sales target.

Excellent communication skills and with a keen interest to assist customers in adopting Home Solar Energy.

Exercise a professional and excellent customer-oriented approach.



3. Admin (Customer Experience) Intern
Assist in communicating with customers throughout the solar PV project journey, from documentation to installation and handover.

Help provide timely project updates and follow up with customers on required information, documents, payments, and schedules.

Support preparation and checking of customer documents, application forms, and project records.

Assist in tracking customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues until proper resolution.

Support authority submission and approval follow-up related to solar PV project applications.



4. HR Intern
Oversee and maintain HR relevant policies and guidelines, employee handbook and process documentation.

Provide guidance, counsel and support to leaders in the organization structure and manpower planning.

Oversee the pre-screening, interview, assessment and hiring of potential candidates.

Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
