Internship - Microanalyst

What You’ll Do

-Conduct air monitoring / air particle count following the micro sampling plan

-Conduct micro testing, swabbing for fillers/ predosers, CIP waters following the micro sampling plan

-Conduct micro testing for cooling tunnel/ warmer and others according to the micro sampling plan.

-Conduct micro testing for water treatment, simple syrup, final syrup, quasi syrup and others according to the micro sampling plan.

-Conduct micro testing for finished goods, toll packer product, trade sample product according to the micro sampling plan/ requirement.

-Check micro results & record relevant results accordingly/ report to next level if any out of spec result.

-Prepare media for testing; ensuring the Sanitize, cleaning and tidy work station.

-Ensure laminar flow is sanitized and clean all the time, maintain the good practice of lamina flow.

-Ensuring the GMP of the micro laboratory, including cleaning of utensils, disposition of media/plate in compliance to the requirement.

-Support new product validation.

-Perform IFM/ APTC or other proficiency testing.

-Inventory for micro media, plates and equipment to make sure sufficient to conduct testing.

-Perform troubleshooting on micro issues, share findings, propose solution & implement action plan together with process team to rectify micro non conformances

What You Bring

-BSc in Microbiology, Food Science/Food Technology, BTech in Food Technology.

-Open for local students looking for mandatory internship placement or interested students' up to their final year in their program.

-Minimum attachment 6 months and available to start in January 2026.

-Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

-Able to intern at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
